H3AF – FORMATION prepares and organizes practical training seminars in law and finance intended for legal and accountancy professionals, and senior company management. The seminars may be held in either English or French.
H3AF – Legal & Financial English prepares and gives training in Business English.

Attendance at all training sessions, given in French or in English, is through physical presence and/or e-learning.

1.1. The seminars intended to be attended in person are given conjointly with specialist practioners (barristers, legal advisors, accountants, financial experts etc.)

1.2 E-learning training has been developed with a panel of bilingual specialist (lawyers, accountants etc.).

On current but complex subjects such as property law, tax law, international contract negotiations, protection of the personal, family and property interests of senior managers of companies in financial difficulty, labor law, business acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs, intellectual property rights, company law etc.), H3AF – FORMATION offers rigorous, professional training allied to a game-playing context which is necessary to promote efficient learning.
